Every set is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

All custom press-on nail orders require a completed Digital Size Kit before production begins.

Production will not start until your sizing has been submitted and verified.

Because every custom set is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

All Ready-to-Ship nail sets are final sale.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for Ready-to-Ship products.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, shapes, lengths, and sizing before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If the error was ours, we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Ready-to-Ship orders may only be canceled before a shipping label has been created.

One recommendation

I would remove “no excuse” from the policy. Saying “All Ready-to-Ship purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.” is just as firm, but it sounds more professional and customer-friendly while still protecting your business.
