Custom Press-On Nail Sets
• Please allow 1–2 weeks for custom orders to be designed, created, and prepared for shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Sets
• Ready-to-ship nail sets are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00 (U.S.)
• FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $50 or more
• Local Pickup is available by appointment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. These delays are outside of our control.

Nailed By Melissa Anne is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee before they can be resent.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
