All products are handmade and created with care. Because each set is crafted individually, slight variations may occur, making every set unique.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

  • Custom Press-On Nail Sets:ย 1โ€“2 weeks after your Digital Size Kit has been completed and verified.
  • Ready-to-Ship Sets:ย Processed within 1โ€“3 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

A completedย Digital Size Kitย is required for all custom press-on nail orders before production begins.

Nailed By Melissa Anne is not responsible for incorrect sizing if inaccurate measurements are submitted by the customer.

Ready-to-Ship sets are sold exactly as shown.

All Ready-to-Ship purchases areย final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

Custom orders are designed specifically for each customer.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Promotions, discounts, and sales cannot be applied to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.
